"Would not recommend this place they seem very friendly in the beginning but then they made a mistake and trying to blame it on us and give us the runaround and will not fix the problem would not use these people if they're the last insurance place on Earth would rather go without. Then when you always try to talk to Greg he hands you off to one of his girls and they hand you off to somebody else and then they get back to you which they never do I've been dealing with this problem for a couple months now and nothing has been resolved. Thanks for showing your true colors.."

"These people are the worst they r rude and have had people on my insurance that I have not had in my house for years and charging me for it. We have called them several times trying to explain what person goes with which car and they can't seem to understand which people go with each car. I try and cancel my insurance on my vehicle because I don't need it. I drive 1 of my company trucks and they insist that I still need to be put on a vehicle. These people r unreal. Looking into other insurance companies even if I pay more."

"After a rate increase of over 25% on our home I called and asked for an explation. I was promised a call back with answers. NO call was ever recieved. I called again a week or so later to be told that there is no reason or anything they can do to help. We are currently chossing another provider as communication is important to us. The rate increase without a calim being filed or any changes to the property are a sign that the insurance company thinks it controls us. I understand a yearly increase we all have to deal with those but over 25% in a year in unreasonable."

"I’ve worked with a couple people at Greg Hoover State Farm and they’ve been very friendly. And I’m a difficult person. Not “Karen” difficult, but in the sense that I’ll get a quote from them and I’ll sit on it for a while thinking. They’ll call me and I’m still thinking so I avoid the calls. Then I finally call back and the quote is outdated so they have to do another one with a new date and whatnot. I’m not trying to be difficult, I’m just busy. The latest employee of State Farm, Andrea, worked with me and she never even one time sounded annoyed with me! lol. She was still friendly and professional. Thank you, Andrea! I appreciate you!"

"Kerry is always awesome to work with! When my vehicle broke down and I called for roadside only to find out the officer there had lied and said the tow was coming from my roadside. Since it wasn’t, I was responsible for the tow fee, something I didn’t have extra money for but had to be paid. I called and spoke to Kerry and he helped me out and got my reimbursement check a few days later!! Now fast forward to today when I called to have my policy changed. He did amazing at explaining everything and was very patient with me with the several changes I decided to make!! I appreciate Kerry (and the localness of the office) more than anyone can imagine!
